Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed only after required payment, documents and supplier confirmations. Cancellation, refund and change rules depend on airlines, hotels, consulates, insurers and other suppliers.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for sharing accurate names, documents, travel dates and eligibility information. Visa approval, passport issuance and immigration decisions remain subject to official authorities.
